- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued in cash at the time of return pickup or through a direct arrangement via our delivery partner, in line with our Cash on Delivery process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or use-related concerns. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.
